Items must be sent back to Her Fashion Boutique within 10 days of the customer has receiving package. Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit. Absolutely no refunds will be given.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Her Fashion Boutique and product tags attached. Please fill out our exchange form, which is included in your package. If your package did not include a return form simply include your name, email, phone number, order number and address inside the package. Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. At Her Fashion Boutique, we’re constantly bringing in new merchandise, but in limited quantities. If you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time. In addition, we cannot put any merchandise on hold. However, for an exchange, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we’ve received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. Store credits do not expire.
Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled. When returned packages arrive at our facilities, it usually takes us anywhere from 3-5 business days to process your store credit. We understand it’s very important for our customers to get their returns processed as soon as possible. Once your return has been processed, you’ll be issued a store credit in the form of Gift Card via email. Store credit covers original purchasing price and tax fees.
Please Note: All original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. A restocking fee will be applied on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an “un-deliverable” address. The customer will also cover any redelivery costs.

We also offer an in person pick up if you live in the Omaha, NE. (Zip Code 68127 or near areas) . If you need an item ASAP, please contact us at (402)708-7113 or firstname.lastname@example.org and we might be able to assist you in getting a faster pick up. In person pick up will not be charged a shipping fee. Payment for the item or items will be done in cash only.
